Chadwell Community ForumWelcome to the home page of Chadwell Community Forum.

ChurchWithin the pages you will find information about the forum, meeting dates, venues, past minutes and other interesting information.

The Forum w as established in 2002 as part of the governmental initiative that aims to bring as much democracy as possible to the local areas. It covers all of Chadwell, an area which is diverse in character, housing and people, and is unique for an area of this size in that it still retains something of a village feel despite the high level of housing.

The Forum holds open meetings on a regular basis, usually at Herringham School, and the dates and past minutes can be viewed on separate pages. Members of the public are always welcome and in attendance will usually be your local concillors and officers from your local policing team.

DON'T BE CONCERNED ABOUT ATTENDING. THE MEETINGS ARE FRIENDLY,RELAXED AND INFORMAL.

The Forum also has access to a pool of money set aside for Chadwell . The group is always looking for projects to fund and whilst we cannot guarantee approval of every scheme, if you don't ask you don't get. Past spends can be accessed on the page "Forum Schemes" and your ideas are welcome either through the box in Chadwell Library, by e.mail or at the meetings.
